Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim please click the 'Make a Claim' link. Every claim is reviewed individually so please provide as much information as possible.

You will be required to provide:
- Proof of Purchase
- Images of the damage
- Description of the damage

Upon review of the above if we believe there to be a warranty claim we will ask you to return the product for repair, or we will send you a replacement part or bag.

We will endeavour to have either repaired or to have a new product delivered to you as soon as possible.

What's not covered

The following is not covered within the Caribee 3 Year Warranty


Damaged caused by normal wear and tear, misuse and improper care will not be covered. This includes rips, cuts, tears, damage from the bag being dropped or dragged, and any damage from heat, flames or the natural elements.


Damage as the result of mishandling/neglect by airlines or third parties or transport will not be covered.

It is important when travelling by air that you check you bag for damage upon collection at the baggage carousel. Should damage have occurred to your Caribee product whilst in the possession of the airline, then you must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. Damage caused by an airline is not a Caribee warranty issue and can be resolved direct with the airline.​

Further Information

We will always repair your product as the first option, but sometimes repair is not possible, so your Caribee item must be replaced. The warranty states that your product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If we deem your claim to be not covered by the warranty agreement we will let you know and return the item to you.

As Caribee are constantly updating styles and colours & improving designs & functionality of our products from time to time if a product needs to be replaced under warranty, it may already have been superseded. If this happens and a colour or style is not available we will match to the best of our ability the closest suitable product from the range that will take the place of your last Caribee product. We will also match the value and functionality as close as possible.

If you need to return a product to us please consider using a trackable shipping service. We will not take any liability for your item until it is received by us.
