Download and print the return form from the link below. Ensure this is fully completed otherwise it could cause a delay in your return being processed.
Package your item, including the return form and affixing the return address label provided on the form to the outside of the package.
Return your parcel. You will be responsible for the safe return, so we suggest you use a service providing proof of postage and a trackable service. We will not take liability for any lost parcels. We will also not cover the cost of returning an unwanted item under the 30 Day Returns Policy.
Upon receipt of your parcel at our warehouse your return/refund will be processed within 2 working days. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to show on your account.
If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the item and place a new order. Your return will be refunded when it's been received and processed at our warehouse.
